The Eternal Voice of the Third Jina
Sambhavnath Bhagwan revived the eternal Jain dharma in his epoch — distilling the path of liberation into seven luminous teachings. These principles continue to guide ascetics, householders and seekers across centuries.
Ahimsa
Ahimsa is not merely the absence of harm; it is a luminous reverence for life in every form — visible and unseen. Sambhavnath Bhagwan taught that non-violence begins in the silence of thought, before it ever shapes word or deed.
Satya
Truthfulness is the breath of the awakened soul. He taught that to speak truth gently, fearlessly, and without harm — even when the world resists — is itself a sacred austerity.
Self-Discipline
Without self-discipline, even great wisdom dissolves. The Third Jina counselled the cultivation of restraint over the senses, the tongue, and the wandering mind — the foundations of all spiritual progress.
Compassion
Compassion is the natural fragrance of a soul that has seen the truth of interdependence. He taught that to ease another’s suffering is to lighten the karmic burden of one’s own self.
Detachment
Possessions cling not to the soul, but the longing for them does. Sambhavnath Bhagwan taught that liberation arises when the heart no longer leans upon outer things for its peace.
Inner Awakening
Beneath the layers of identity, role and emotion lies the eternal soul — pure consciousness, untouched and complete. He taught that turning inward, even briefly, is the seed of all liberation.
Right Conduct
The triple path — right faith, right knowledge, right conduct — forms the lattice through which the soul ascends. Of these, conduct is the lived expression of inner truth.
Liberation
Moksha is not a place to be reached, but a state to be remembered. When the soul ceases to gather karma, it shines as it always was — pure, knowing, free.
Look not outside for what is already within. The lamp of the soul never went out — only the eyes had turned away.— Sambhavnath Bhagwan’s Teaching on Inner Light
The Triple Path to Liberation
Every teaching of Sambhavnath Bhagwan flows into the Ratnatraya — the three jewels by which the soul ascends.
Samyak Darshana
Right Faith — the unwavering trust in the truth of the soul, the Jinas, and the path of dharma.
Samyak Jnana
Right Knowledge — clear, balanced understanding of reality, free from delusion or partial views.
Samyak Charitra
